TTP ADB Plugin: Conditions

This script allows you to perform custom conditions based on 1 or 2 external indicators and/or a static value.

Conditions initially supported:
- Less Than
- Greater Than
- Crossing Up
- Crossing Down

Added a lookback parameter.
This parameter allows you to trigger the condition as true even if it valid "lookback" candles back in time.
Very useful when wanting to combine multiple indicators that are not necessarily triggering in the same candle but in an "area" or in a sequence of events.

New features coming to the conditions plugin

- Compare against a static value
- Select any 2 sources to build your condition
- Added option "equals" to available comparators
- Added "First signal only" filter: if a condition remains true for many candles, use this option to trigger a signal only in the first candle it becomes true
