RSI Levels, 20-30 & 70-80

This script is a modified version of joepegler's script "RSI Oversold bounce - Scaling in levels (30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20)" which only shows oversold conditions. Since I also enter often bearish trades and like top fishing play, modified this script for my own needs.
