Detailed Volume (DV)

Inspired by UV[cl8DH]

Added an option (enabled by default) to show the actual volume in the filler bar. As opposed to showing just the difference of Buy/Sell volume (that is used in UV)

Also there is a Simple Moving Average for volumes
