Sigma Control is a powerful multi-tool indicator which generates accurate signals for all types of traders and investors.

The algorithm script has been derived by the development of some unique momentum and trend-following strategies. To make it "Ease of use", the indicator is provided with six (6) trading modes: “Long Only”, “Regular”, “Smooth”, “Trend”, “Swing”, and "Responsive"-mode - which can be selected from a drop-down menu.

The default settings work for most instruments and time frames. In most cases, you can leave the default settings as they are - but if you still want to filter some signals, we suggest that you adjust or experiment with the indicator setting parameters ("Factor" and "Length") to optimize the signals and reduce market noise.

Factor - You can try to fine-tune the "Factor" parameter, so that you get the most accurate signals possible for the instrument you are trading.

Additional functionality: The "Trading Bands" and "MA Signal Line" components have been implemented to identify and display high-probability trading setups and to recognize potential areas for retracement moves and trend reversals.

The Sigma Control indicator can be used on all time frames and instrument types.

The indicator has been developed to work with traditional bar candles, but you can also try to use it with Renko and Line Break bars to filter out as much noise as possible as these often have an improved ability to capture high-quality trends.
