Hourly Fibonacci Pivot Points

Currently has 1 hour and 2 hour periods available for use. There is a toggle between Fibonacci and traditional pivot points.

Line break style is used to create separate pivots on lower time frames; otherwise circles is best used to prevent confusion.

- Added/removed toggles for visualization

I'm surprised how accurate intra-day Fibonacci pivots are. The higher intraday pivots are still useful for scalping.
