Net Volume - Guppy

Displays the net volume filtered via ALMA in different bands. Default length is 90. It is divided and multiplied into shorter and longer lengths from the mean (the source length). As the faster band crosses the bands towards the mean the color changes. Above 0 net volume is towards the buyers, below 0 the sellers.

• Added basic true/false input option to display net volume not smoothed (column view).
  [-] Shows columns behind the guppy showing the current volume level positive or negative.
  [-] Will be updating this look in future updates.

Made lots of updates and changes to the way this works

• Removed volume bars from indicator
  
• Added more alma volume lines
  
• Changed the color scheme
  
• Volume now 100 ranged based +/- (not a rolling 100 scale either, true volume for entire lookback period
