MACD Split (Top/Bottom)

📘 Script Explanation – MACD Split (Top/Bottom)

Purpose
Splits MACD into two separate panels for better visibility:

Top panel → MACD line (orange) & Signal line (black)

Bottom panel → Histogram (colored line) & Histogram EMA (black)

Color Rules for Histogram

Above 0 & Rising → Light Green

Above 0 & Falling → Dark Green

Below 0 & Falling → Dark Red

Below 0 & Rising → Light Red

Histogram EMA → Black

Zero Line
A gray dashed baseline is drawn at 0 for reference.

How to Use

Add the indicator twice.

Set the first one’s Mode = Top.

Set the second one’s Mode = Bottom.

Save as a template → next time, both panels load together.
