BB + RSI Crossover System

The system should act with the following two indicators:
1) Bollinger band (50,2) and
2) RSI (30)
The condition is : Draw a buy signal on the price chart when price crosses and closes above the lower bollinger band from below and the 14 sma crosses the rsi (30) from below.

1) Bollinger band (50,2) and
2) RSI(30) i.e. 30 period RSI
The condition is : Draw a buy signal on the price chart when price crosses and closes above the lower bollinger band from below and the RSI(30) line crosses the 14 period sma from below which is drawan on the RSI line.
