Renko scalp (buy/sell) indicator

This script is based on some variations of Rocket (from Until1Mil group) scalping strategies.

It uses Renko to determine buy/sell areas.

Added new "strategies"
- EMA trend rejection
- trend switch (test against OBV).
Also added a strategy for EMA trend rejection(check against OBV) + trend switch - bassically the two above (+ema against obv) in single strategy


Also Trend EMA and Cross EMA will be always shown on chart for better visualisation
