Fixed bug while changing color. I tried to use Stepline as style but it gives me error with colors, now line style is standard and color works again. It also paints green if trend is above resistance and red if it broke below.

Can also be used to see larger TF resistance/support on smaller TF like 15min
Note the 4H MTF has been manualy changed to white for upper and lower R/S and to "Step Line", the default look is different.

Enabled "Confirm" so user gets notified which pair is being used in begin for MTF reference.

If the ticker is wrong, change it under settings. Default is XBTUSD (Bitcoin price on Bitmex).

Updated script so it automatically recognized the chart's current ticker.
