DMI Trading Strategy

Default settings are optimized for trading MNQ on a 1m chart.

Version 1.1 updates:
-Added the option to open the trade with multiple contracts.
-Added a TP option to secure profits if multiple contracts are being traded.
-General UI updates.

Version 2.0 updates:
-Added new EMA Trailing Stop Loss Feature (can toggle on or off and be used with or without the TP feature
- Cleaned up User Interface to make it more simple. All trading times are now just "Session Times" with no more "Offset."
