Poo Belt V1

This is a worse, less effective, hilariously less dynamic version of spacemanbtc's asteroid belt. This indicator is a joke but it does still provide a somewhat reliable floating S/R. It uses relative moving averages and deviations of the same. Version 6.9 will allow the belt to fluctuate based on recent bowel volatility.
