Elastic Volume Weighted Moving Average Guppy

I took the eVWMA and turned it into a guppy to show significant volume support levels. However, it does not appear that the settings are perfect yet, but this should serve as the perfect companion or alternative to the VPVR **in theory**. I will post an update if better settings are found, but for the time being, this should work.
