HamStar Tweezer Engulfing Detector

Standard candle pattern identifier like many already available, however this one allows to filter with ATR or RVOL to help remove false signals.

Now added a "confirmation function". Will colorize background only if confirmed when activated.

-Added "include wicks" which changes the confirmation feature from close/close to high/low
