grayscale alt ratio

This script tracks the volume of grayscale altcoin trust with the grayscale bitcoin trust in percent.

It sums the litecoin, bitcoin cash, ethereum and ethereum classic volume and divides it by the bitcoin volume.

Going to add the new trusts as soon as they are available.
