Lightweight script for manual adding of horizontal reversal lines.

Ability to quickly add and adjust horizontal lines showing key bullish (green) and bearish (red) reversal lines. Values for reversals are manually entered in the settings field of the script.

Added the ability to only show reversals relevant to the current time resolution for the security. Opening multiple instances of the indicator allows for different time levels - daily, weekly and monthly each with 10 reversals

Changing the time check to a single period for all reversals to improve performance. Users can have multiple instances of the script for different time levels.
