Stoch, RSX, alt sentiment

This indicator works on a 5 min time frame. It uses the stoch to trigger a buy signal. It calculates the alt sentiment by comparing alt marketcap with 12 hours ago. The script is slow but very powerful.

Blocks a buy signal when

- ALT sentiment is negative
- BTC breaks out
- 4H is oversold with cooldown
- 1 H is oversold with cooldown
- Dowtrend
- RSX is not oversold
