Linear Regression Oscillato Alerts Revision 9/21 [ChartPrime]

I published this last week but it didnt seem to do what I wanted so Ive revised it. I think Ive got it to where when the word reversal and the hollow diamond appear, it should send an alert. We'll find out tomorrow if it works. If not I'll keep trying.
