[CryptoWho] Multi Divergences

This script looks for divergences on up to six indicators, sums them up and draw a histogram below the chart.
You have several options to customize the output:
1. indicators: RSI, Stoch RSI, MACD, CCI, OBV, WaveTrend (LazyBear)
2. Divergences: Regular, hidden, both
3. Lookback period for divergences
