Bollinger Bands Oscillator

Bollinger Bands as a standalone oscillator. Displays all the information of Bollinger Bands but with a handy oscillator to help locate entries. Entries and exits can be found when oscillator leaves the bands.

Added input for "Show Last" in settings. This gives the indicator the ability to be used as a widget and save precious screen real estate. In the example below Offset = 120 and Show Last = 100.
