SOLETH Sleepy Doggo TPI strategy

A strategy I made from TPI inputs which I optimized a bit. You can use NKAMA Fast period 6 instead of 9. It then performs a bit better on Coinbase and doesn't go short at the beginning; don't know if it's necessarily more robust - didn't check. Here I chose to display 9 because it looks better. :)
