BitCoin seem to be waiting for a next trigger and USD Rate decision shall trigger.
It is not in a downtrend for sure, pls take note of level such as 16,100 and 14,300.

Once these levels are firmly broken, more SELL will come in. It can go to 11500 or 9900 level.
