COMP, my own Harmonic target

Should have posted this way before, i'm eying this target long time now, fibs linging up, not sure if this is a real harmonic but its something i'm working on learning, if somebody got a source of knowledge, please post a link, cause i'm having trouble finding good free sources for it.
