We still see the Dax moving lower despite the recent bounce mainly on the back of Trump stating that the US and China are close to a trade deal. We still see further downward pressure on the index towards support at 12500 on the back of continued uncertainty surrounding the trade war without an agreed meaningful deal and the impact this has on the global economy.
