EOS Dead Or Accumulation?

Given the price action hasn't changes much since the announcement of the CTO stepping down from the project ive entered into a position here.
Obviously EOS's price is indicative of that of Bitcoin's, but i'm willing to take the risk and will most likely CDA if it does end up dumping from here.
