If you discover a downtrend or uptrend on a particular pair. Look on the hourly chart and you should be able to see a trend within a trend. On this picture you can see that is a downtrend is in motion, notice how the best the best entries are when session end. Example nthe Asian session is about to being I say at around 7:20PM we should see some good action towards the downside. This is just an PIPGOD_ observation.

A little over session break but that's the gist of it. When the other market sleep you get in position/put in your entries at best spot possible. When the other market wakes up you get ready to take profit.
