EURUSD Continue to Rise ??

Most traders thought that a Head and Shoulder pattern will be formed on 4 Hours Timeframe but what I see is on a Daily Timeframe, a Strong Bullish movement are still in favor. Could it be EURUSD is looking for enough liquidity before it falls ? Share your thought.
