Is Third Time a Charm For Breakthrough on Daily?

BREXIT couldn't seem to breakthrough the daily zone around 1.77674.
But it's getting another chance this week since the BREXIT vote happens again on Tuesday March 19th.

For now, watching to see what price will do at this level. I honestly believe rejection for now until the vote.
