Buy at the bottom or frightened turtle?

Not much in the way of historical patterns to go on.
Could the price be squeezed down a little more before breaking out? I guess bittly-coin could pull it down further.
Will it poke it's head up for a quick look around, then act like a frightened turtle?
What will happen when the price starts approaching the 50MA?
