2. mining it is an environmental mess and energy waste
3. value is primarily speculative

6. being hoarded by fragile states/ regimes
7. regulatory risk during crisis times
8. massive derivatives & futures market pressure
9. new chemistry could obsolete its small set of utility applications

11. "Everyone Knows" its a good investment now right? Too Good to Be True pitfall
