Why big coins did not pumped yet? Analysis for Litecoin vs. BTC

Many coins pumped hard: Waves, MDA, LRC, LUN, DLT, LINK, TRX and others.

Litecoin did move too, but didn't break resistance to make big change.
I compared 2017 and 2019 market structure, and find some similarities, so you can check:

it tried to break 0.0097 level but it couldn't make it 2 times, and revisited support level, with strong V-shaped pattern.

On the chart of 2019 you can find shadow of 2017 price behavior,
, so we will wait for breakout confirmation and buy strong support levels.
