DVG + LVL - outlier only

-this is an outlier trade should unusual things happen this evening with govt vote, multiple of mean revert since not a normal reverting type of day when 2615 broke (below 2615 is trend day)
-budget votes at midnight/1am
-if does not pass? (not likely but?)
-there are not a lot of levels in this air pocket

here is how the outlier trade went:
progressed ok, pop up to line, +20 points done,
-will it retrace down now? this is the area to be careful of. outlier is outlier if sellers appear during asia which would typically be unusual
-budget vote is probably going to be close to 2am with some weird delayed vote where the govt will actually be shut down for a short period of time.
so in the end i'm doing nothing else with this trade :)
