US Dollar bears is about to appear in JPY

first of all I have to say its my first time to use HTF analysis I tried on this pair and posted from the education I learnt recently
here is the explain:
we have an equal high above that make me think the price is about to retest it and fills the imbalances when its done the bearish market starts
to reach previous liquidities
there's a question?
is this a dollar crisis to show us more bearish market?
