USOIL Outlook - $76.50 ZONE POTENTIAL BREAK

USOIL is now at the 76.50 zone. It dropped all the way from 128.00. Price is about to break the 76.50 zone. My target is still the 40.00 zone. Market-makers may even push it further down to trap SELLERS.
