Oil is going to decline more to form right shoulder (2017-04-27)

Oil is declining these weeks. From EW analysis it is going to decline more to form the right shoulder. The wedge was broken here. Furtherer decline can be expected here.

The target will be around 42. For the worse case it can go to 38.
