๐ฅAlright so basically the Chamber of Digital Commerce has joined the XRP group chat and has submitted a motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in the SEC v. Ripple case.
๐ฅFor those that don't know, an Amicus Curiae is when an individual or organization which is not a party to a legal case offers information to assist a court with expertise or insight that may help clarify things and issues on the case. The decision to consider the amicus brief then lies in the discretion of the court on whether or not to accept it or not.
