Three Hull Moving Average Crossovers, user can choose different history data periods, and timeframe (indicator can look at timeframes other than just the current chart timeframe)

History resolution option created worse repaint so removed it. not sure but i think when you apply strategy to chart you can choose which version you want, this one is version 3
