Stochastic With Neutral Zone and Time Cycle

This oscillator includes 2 Stochastic oscillators ( Stoch 5 3 2, Stoch 14 7 3). Stoch 5 3 2 is used for market momentum, and Stock 14 7 3 is used for market overall time cycle (orange).
There is also a neutral zone highlighted in yellow from 45 to 55 to indicate whether the market has created a low or it is still in the cycle-high and vice versa.
