Can select between different MA types, and enable/disable a particular MA in the settings.

Removed GX/DX indicators as it is too messy to accommodate and sensibly label for all possible combinations of MA ranges that users can freely set.

Re-introduced GX/DX indicators.
However only the (defaults) 21 EMA / 50 SMA GX/DX and the 50 SMA / 200 SMA GX/DX are enabled to reduce clutter.
