- need to see a push to break the uptrend trendline
- a retest of the uptrend trendline or zone
- price action confirmation in the circled region (zone/trendline) to enter short

Prior to entry:
- Set SL away from potential stop hunts
- Set multiple small targets
- Use appropriate risk management
